What kind of steps should users expect when buying from you?

A typical user will arrive at our site, select their method of payment, create a deposit order, and then go deposit cash at a physical location near them.  Customers in certain countries (indicated with the flag drop down menu) can also link their bank accounts directly and transfer funds to BitInstant from the comfort of their home.

How long should customers expect to wait to get their coins?

After the customer makes the cash deposit, they will get their funds in 20-60 minutes typically.

What is the MAXIMUM time you need to deliver on an order?

On rare occasions it could take 24 hrs, but 99.9% of orders are filled within an hour or two.

What are your "business hours"?

Customers can use us 24/7  (though some cash deposit locations have their own hours).  We have customer support that is available via chat or phone from roughly 10am-6pm EST

BitInstant is a registered MSB with FinCEN and follows all regulatory laws and guidelines for Anti-Money Laundering and "Know Your Customer" policies.

bought $100 worth of coins though their blockchain.info connection, $3.50 moneygram fee ($103.50 total paid) plus their 3.99% fee, and a mystery $2.23 disappearing, I made my $103 deposit though moneygram, and within 2 minutes I had a text for my deposit of coins, worth $93.78. Not happy with losing 10% in fees etc.... already made it back because I managed to hit a dip, but still, I should be ahead...... long term it's not really an issue, but the principle of the matter.

Yes, it was quick, but NOT low fee as BTC advertises/expects.

Did one transaction yesterday and another today. Both were completed with BTC in my wallet within 30 minutes. No problems, recommend!

Didn't work for me - the cash payment part never went through, now I'm having to deal with ZipZap (which conflated my order with a different order, causing all sorts of ruckus and confusion) and Moneygram to process a refund, not to mention losing out on what would today be an over 200% profit on the bitcoin purchase that failed.

WTF is tthe problem with every Bitcoin Site I go to? Not a single one will just, simply, FUCKING WORK!!!
Here, I go through the entire bloody process, only the button for finishing and getting your ticket, refuses to light up so I can click on it. Nothing will simply make it work.
    BUNCH OF SODDING CLOWNS!

Oh, and when I asked for Staunch as a user name, I get blocked because it can 'Only contain letters, numbers, dots or dashes. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS FUCKING SITE??? I've been at this for weeks now, dealing with one set of techno-monkeys after another. Fix your site because this is already taken about an hour more than the 'instant' suggested.
